Campaign: With Me Comes A Cure | Client: AIDS Foundation of Chicago
The quickest way to eradicate HIV/AIDS is to enable the most vulnerable communities to heal themselves. With Me Comes A cure began as a social campaign (in the days before there were social campaigns) to educate African American women, gay men, and youth (the communities with the highest rates of infection) about testing, prevention, and education. By highlighting those using their talents, passions, and resources as weapons in the fight against HIV/AIDS, we encouraged others to join the fight. Soon, it became a movement, with members of these communities acting as advocates and educators, outreach through church fans and condom cases, even a neighborhood mural.
