
The Client: Dow
The Challenge: Dow was making its debut on the global stage as a TOP Olympic Sponsor and wanted to do so in a way that was memorable, whimsical, and nodded to sustainability.
The Idea: Even the planet has an Olympic dream—a greener, more sustainable Olympic Games.
The Solution: Part topiary, part planet's Olympic hopeful, Hopeiary arrives in London and interacts with the athletes in ways that are both endearing and sustainable. The TV spot aired nationally during the Opening Ceremonies, with welcome videos greeting visitors to London in Dow-branded taxi cabs, and the chance to grow your own Hopeiary by answering questions about sustainability.
NOTE: For legal reasons, I have had to remove all Dow Olympic videos and imagery. So I have password protected them.
